Ripe olives are crushed with fresh Wild Rosemary to create this amazing oil. It is both complex and aromatic. It is perfect for grilling, pork, lamb, chicken and vegetables. Great as a bread dipping or tossed with pasta.
Flavors are naturally infused and added together with the Olives during the cold press process. Extra virgin olive oil is never better than when it is first pressed. Unlike wine, it does not need time to mature. Extra virgin olive oil should be purchased and used within 12 to 18 months of its harvest date.
