Meyer Lemon is produced by pressing whole lemons together with olives. The light, clean flavor of lemon is just perfect to saute shrimp and scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. It's slightly sweet and refreshingly aromatic. Pairs beautifully with our white or dark balsamics. Well used for baking in place of vegetable oil.
Flavors are naturally infused and added together with the Olives during the cold press process. Extra virgin olive oil is never better than when it is first pressed. Unlike wine, it does not need time to mature. Extra virgin olive oil should be purchased and used within 12 to 18 months of its harvest date.
