The rich flavor of slow roasted, elephant garlic cloves. Garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this olive oil in just about anything. Wonderful with pasta, pizza, or on meats for grilling, great to dip bread or drizzle on popcorn.
Flavors are naturally infused and added together with the Olives during the cold press process. Extra virgin olive oil is never better than when it is first pressed. Unlike wine, it does not need time to mature. Extra virgin olive oil should be purchased and used within 12 to 18 months of its harvest date.
