Jalapenos and fresh olives were ground simultaneously to produce a very concentrated flavor. It’s not overwhelming, cooks great with meat, and the heat lingers deliciously.
Flavors are naturally infused and added together with the Olives during the cold press process. Extra virgin olive oil is never better than when it is first pressed. Unlike wine, it does not need time to mature. Extra virgin olive oil should be purchased and used within 12 to 18 months of its harvest date.
